Project Summary: Niche software producer and online retailer in the legal education market sought sales and marketing assistance to grow its flat-line revenue.

Result: Developed and executed sales and marketing strategy that increased overall sales by nearly 50% during the six-week period of the project (year-over-year, off of a flat baseline of zero growth).  Strategy developed included two major changes:

  • New software bundles covering multiple subject areas increased the average transaction size by 15%.
