
Why are leading companies turning to e-learning to drive business performance?
Caterpillar, CISCO, FedEx, GE, IBM, Kodak, Metro Group, Motorola, IBM, Oracle, Sanofi Aventis, SAP, and numerous other leading companies have developed comprehensive, in-depth, enterprise-wide e-learning programs. This does not mean they see no place for “face-to-face”, group learning experiences.
